I enjoy working with this company & it's employees.Posted on GooglePatricia Tobias22 September 2026I would truly like to thank our Sensigreen tech, Justin Norgard, for going over and beyond his AC duties to help us find the source of an attic odor in our great room for the past few months. Justin arrived a second time to our home today to troubleshoot again if the attic odor was coming from the AC. He patiently listened to me and my other thought if it could be due to the cedar beams in our great room and maybe a gap in the sheetrock installed in the ceiling around them that we can't see on the attic side. He investigated on his own in our attic, found gaps in the sheetrock that could be causing the odor and sent me pictures. Source found by a nice young man that didn't have to entertain my troubleshooting thoughts. He replaced a malfunctioning part, cleared pipe, and removed approximately 50 gallons of condensation. While he tested unit, I learned he had served in military before joining the company this year. We have a house that was built incorrectly and the HVAC system needed multiple repairs to make it right. Sensigreen was able to squeeze us into their already busy schedule and the best part about it, Shawn (one of their managers) was the one to come out and make the first round of repairs when all techs were busy. He then had a technician come out a few days later (Hayden) as he had the tools and components needed to finish the job that Shawn didn’t have available to him. Really really appreciate the service and quality of work from Sensigreen and highly recommend them to everyone else. Jeff, Shawn, and Adam are absolutely amazing, hardworking, humble, and phenomenal!! From the very first call, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us! After loosing my husband in November of last year and then our HVAC quit working completely 2 weeks after my husband passed away. I called 2 HVAC companies and Jeff from Sensigreen called me back and I explained our situation to him and the next day Jeff, Shawn, and Adam all came out to talk with me and see what they could do to help us. They talked and came up with an amazing plan to help us get another HVAC unit and get things back up and running!! They have helped us out immensely and have gone above and beyond to help us and have been such a HUGE blessing!!!!
