Justin Quinn
Justin Quinn is the Chief Executive Officer of Sensigreen Heating, Cooling & Insulation, a company he has helped grow from its early beginnings into a multi-location organization serving families and businesses across the Southeast. For Justin, Sensigreen has always been about more than building a successful company—it is about building relationships, serving others, creating opportunities for his team, and treating every customer like family. A Christian, Justin’s faith is at the heart of who he is and how he leads. He credits the grace of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, for where he is today. His faith has shaped his commitment to integrity, kindness, servant leadership, and being a good steward of the opportunities God has entrusted to him. Justin is married to his wife, Jessica, and together they have two daughters, Katie and Lily. Family is one of his greatest blessings, and he cherishes the time they spend together. Outside of Sensigreen, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and playing basketball. Justin believes true leadership is about people. His goal is to honor God, take care of his team and customers, and build a company that makes a lasting difference in the communities Sensigreen is privileged to serve.
Tommy Holloway
TJ Holloway is the Director of Operations at Sensigreen with over 13 years of experience in HVAC and home-performance systems. Based in Phenix City, Alabama, TJ oversees operational standards, system design, and quality control to ensure consistent, high-quality results for customers. Known for his calm, analytical approach and strong problem-solving skills, he values honesty, continuous improvement, and team development. Outside of work, TJ enjoys golf and deer hunting and values time with his wife Alex and their children, Katie and Collins.
Jeff Decoteau
Jeff Decoteau has been an integral part of the Sensigreen family since 2011, helping play a major role in the company’s growth and success. As Chief Sales Officer, Jeff is responsible for developing relationships, creating new opportunities, and helping Sensigreen continue to grow by doing what he does best connecting with people. Jeff has a genuine gift for building relationships. He never meets a stranger, and whether he is meeting a new customer, business partner, or simply someone for the first time, he has a way of making people feel like they have known him for years. His belief that business is built on relationships has been a driving force behind Sensigreen’s growth and reflects the company’s commitment to creating a memorable experience for every customer. Outside of Sensigreen, Jeff is a proud father of two daughters, Julia and Taylor, who are truly the light of his life. When he isn’t working, you will most likely find Jeff spending time with his family and friends, enjoying the people he loves and doing what comes naturally to him—building relationships.
Brad Martin
A Lee County Resident since 2000 and a graduate of Troy University, Brad Martin has been working with home builders and in construction since 2011. As Sensigreen’s CPA with Machen McChesney for 6 years, it was natural for Brad to come on board as Sensigreen’s CFO in 2017. Brad enjoys the challenge of working to help Sensigreen grow and continue the success the company has seen in the past years. In his free time Brad enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, Auburn sports and Atlanta Hawks basketball.
Elizabeth Lamb
Liz Lamb is the Business Development Coordinator at Sensigreen, a role she has proudly held since 2014. For over a decade, Liz has found her greatest joy in working directly with customers and building lasting relationships. She is deeply committed to collaborating with her team to innovate and elevate the overall customer experience and satisfaction. When she isn’t helping grow the business or supporting her clients, Liz loves spending quality time with her family, cheering on Auburn football, and heading outdoors for deer hunting.
Wade Bennett
With over 25 years of experience in multiple facets of business including horticulture, agriculture, logistics, sales and marketing, Wade brings a unique and versatile perspective to Sensigreen Heating, Cooling and Insulation. His participation across multiple industries has instilled in him the ultimate value of communication, relationships with customers and workforce, and the relentless pursuit of dynamic business development. One of Wade's favorite sayings he practices is "people and companies can accomplish almost anything within a kind culture that promotes giving credit, not seeking it".
